Sweet Athena is beautiful inside and out! She is a medium sized gem of a dog. Athena and her brother Milo had a rough first year and a half. They were homeless in rural Lo de Marcos and depended on nearby houses to feed them. Amigos de Animales took them in and they easily, shyly, assimilated into their foster home. Athena and Milo can be adopted together or separately. They are in foster care learning leash training and socialization, and everything feels new after life in the jungle across the highway. Athena is affectionate, usually in her own bed or snuggled with Milo, but she loves to climb into bed with her people. She loves walks in nature and will bound across the land.
